Built in 2005 and renovated in November 2009, our villa is conveniently located in Sandy Ridge. This two story villa has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, which comfortably sleeps 8 to 10 people. The beds include one king, one queen, four twins and one sofa sleeper. There is a large screen TV in the living room, and TV sets in three other bedrooms.

It is less than 10 minutes drive from Disney theme parks, and half hour from Orlando airport. The supermarket and pharmacy is about a 2 minute drive away, and for all the golf players, Champion Gate is about 2 minutes away!!

Our air conditioned villa is fully furnished as you and your guests relax in our spacious living room and dining area. The swimming pool is kept clean at all times and is fully screened to keep the insects and debris away so that you may enjoy the sunshine all day long. There is also a BBQ grill near the pool for those who love to eat outdoors!!

The villa is fully equipped with internet so that you may bring along your laptop for wireless access and the phone is free of charge for making calls within North America. We have also provided a pool table and air hockey table for both the adults and children to play while relaxing in the villa.
