1.
If you are interested, check the booking calendar,
and send email to Diane
Wang to ask
for the rate.
2. If you like the rate, please print off the agreement,
fill it out and sign, then mail it back to
Diane
Wang,
16243 Ivy Lake Dr, Odessa, FL 33556 along with $300 deposit in either personal
check, cashier's check or money order. Please make it payable to Wanshuang
Wang(Diane's legal name). MEANWHILE please send another email or call
Diane
to soft
lock the dates.
3. Once Diane
the signed agreement along with payment, she will
call or email you to confirm the reservation.
4. One month before your check in date, Diane
will call or email you to
remind you that your rent is due. Please send the full payment (not rent
minus deposit) 30 days before your check in date in either personal
check, cashier's check or money order. Diane
will send you the confidential check in/out info after
he receives it.
5. Diane
will return your deposit if our villa manager reports no damage
to the property after your departure.
